Many of you will know that in addition to traveling, one of my passions is animals, and in particular my poodle Artù. For those who love dogs and want to take them on holiday in Sardinia, you should know that the Sardinia region by regional ordinance prohibits the entry of dogs into the beaches not dedicated to them during the summer months (except from 20 to 8). Violators risk a fine of between 100 and 1000 euros. The same ordinance, however, establishes that the municipalities must identify in their territory and in the surrounding territories of the beaches where the access of our 4-legged friends is guaranteed. Here is a non-exhaustive list of 10 beaches where you can enjoy the sea of Sardinia in the company of your best friend along the entire coast of the island.
1) Poetto beach (Cagliari)
The Cagliari beach has an area dedicated to dogs. At the seventh stop, 7000 square meters available to 4-legged friends and their owners. There is a drinking fountain available but no other dedicated service.
